We first started addressing this mission as the number of terrifying internship stories became overwhelming. Stories of unpaid positions, exploitation and experiences that were poorly structured and far from rewarding. So we did what we do best. Formed a change group, set standards and provided guides and guidance all available to our industry for free.
We've made it easy for any creative business to run a rewarding, inspirational and ethical internship. Our easily adaptable and free program guides both employers and interns through a 12 week internship. Surveys and feedback loops are included to ensure that both parties get the most out of the experience.
